Pylon is a B2B customer support platform backed by a16z and Bain Capital Ventures. In early 2026 they went after a new audience, crypto companies, with a single-take founder video.
The theme had to speak to crypto teams specifically without losing what makes Pylon recognisable, and the product was only available as screenshots.
So we storyboarded it around the crypto audience first.
We storyboarded it first, so Pylon could shape the direction before any motion started.
We kept the motion light so the founder's message stays in front, while giving it a feel that speaks to crypto teams.
It was the first of three launch videos we made for Pylon this year, followed by Phone and a 30-second platform video.
