Industry: AI Accounting
Funding: Series A · $35M
“They captured a technical concept and were able to translate it into clear and delightful visuals. I'd recommend working with their team.”
Challenge & Solution
Stacks is an AI accounting platform where agents handle reconciliations, journals and the rest of month-end for enterprise finance teams. Backed by $35M, most recently a Series A led by Lightspeed, the product had grown from a close tool into a full platform, and the Stacks Summit in London was where they planned to say it out loud.
The story already existed in their own words, "the end of month-end", but nothing showed it. And their buyers are CFOs and audit committees, so looking serious isn't a nice extra for Stacks, it's most of the sale.
A demo lists features and asks the viewer to connect them. An accountant who has done month-end the same way for years needs to see why it changes, not what the buttons do. So we made the product the vehicle, not the subject.
We worked closely with their team on the narrative, built around one idea: accounting that keeps up with the business. The video opens on that outcome and explains real-time accounting before it ever names it.
The key product moment starts on one hard transaction match and pulls out to thousands resolving the same way, showing scale and precision in seconds without a line of explaining. Instead of three separate demos, the agent's work runs as one path, from taking a task to handing it back for review, with team control visible at every step.
Kinetic type, clean product moments and a score that follows the story keep it calm on purpose, because a finance audience trusts what looks steady.
The launch video premiered at the Stacks Summit at Chartered Accountants' Hall in London in late September, in front of finance leaders, Big Four auditors and the teams behind frontier AI models. It then went out with the launch of Stacks Workspace on LinkedIn.
