Challenge & Solution
Sim is an open-source platform for building AI agent workflows, backed by YC and Paul Graham. In November 2025 they announced Sim V2, their $7M raise and 60,000 users, all in one founder-led video.
Three pieces of news in one video is a lot to land, and the deadline was tight. The founder's cut was ready, and it needed graphics that would make the news stick.
So we went straight into motion, working from a clear plan of what each piece of news needed.
Every graphic was tied to one piece of news, the raise, the user growth, the V2 release and the benchmark, and styled to match Sim's own site so the video felt like the product.
The video kept pace with the launch, even when the date moved.
The launch video went out with the Sim V2 announcement in November.
