Customerly

Industry: AI Customer Service
Funding: Bootstrapped · $1M ARR

“Instead of dropping our brand onto a template, they worked out how it should move first. The launch video and the short animations catch attention, and explain what our product does better than our copy ever did.”

Challenge & Solution

Customerly is an AI customer service platform, bootstrapped to $1M ARR. Their agent, Aura, doesn't stop at drafting replies. It checks billing, processes refunds and closes tickets on its own, and the new homepage was built to say exactly that: the AI agent that actually resolves tickets.
The line was right. The problem was that every AI support tool says something close to it, so buyers had stopped believing the words. Screenshots didn't help either. A reply and a resolution look the same in a still image: a chat window with messages in it.
Reading the claim doesn't convince a support lead. Seeing the agent finish the job does. So every animation had to prove the line next to it, not decorate the page.
We'd worked with Customerly on their site since 2025, so we started from the product, not from a brief. Together with their team we went through the homepage claim by claim: the agent uses all your data, recovers churn and refunds on its own, hands over to a human at its limit, and works across every channel. Each claim got its own short loop, right beside it.
Every loop is short, silent and plays on repeat, because nobody presses play on a homepage. Nothing relies on sound or a voiceover to make sense.
The handover loop carries more weight than its spot on the page suggests. What stops a team buying AI support is rarely whether it works. It's what happens when it doesn't. A clean handover to a human is what makes the other claims believable.
The loops now run across Customerly's homepage, each one next to the claim it proves, so a visitor sees the agent resolve a ticket before they finish reading the headline.
