Challenge & Solution
Fulcrum builds AI agents for insurance brokerages, used by firms like Heffernan and Higginbotham. In January 2026 they announced $25M across their seed and Series A, led by CRV, and the video went out the same day.
Insurance broking runs on relationships and paperwork, and Fulcrum is putting AI underneath both. The risk with a launch like this is looking like software for an old industry, when the real story is the brokers whose work it changes.
So the video leads with people, not the product.
It's built around real conversations: Fulcrum's two co-founders, and leaders from Heffernan Insurance Brokers and Higginbotham, two of the brokerages already working with them.
Our job was to show what Fulcrum does without pulling focus from those people. The product only comes in where it explains something, so the story stays with the brokers.
It closes on Fulcrum's careers page, so the same video that announced the raise also invites people to join them.
It went out with Fulcrum's $25M announcement in January.
